Artist DEJA is harnessing her raw sensual nature and the thoughts of relatable sexual desires for her newest track, “Wishin'”. An ode to pleasure, the artist has stripped things back and allowed her enticing vocals to offer a feel-good and unapologetically sensual narrative, which is lead by lyrics such as, “give in to the feeling, I’ll give you a minute, with me you’ll be winning, don’t leave here wishin.” With subtle jazz notes finding their way into the track’s winding production, the warm tone that is set only adds to the track that is sure to have you whining and grinding your way through summer.

And, in a bid to make her new project all the more exciting, the artist has also called on director, Emily Chappell to curate a set of pleasure-focused visuals. From an underwear-clad DEJA grooving in the privacy of her home to the sensual setting of a buzzy club, the track’s steamy nature is only further emphasised by the glowing visuals.

“From the club to the bedroom. The ‘Wishin’’ visual takes you between what is and what could be. Serving up smoky, steamy and straight-up sexy, I wanted this video to illustrate just how important sexuality is to me,” explains Emily. “‘Wishin’’ invites you to a place in DEJA’s mind that is enticing, to say the least.”
