Travis Scott is the brains behind some of the most beloved music and fashion drops of the last decade. And, when it comes to film and TV, releases such as Moonlight, Midsommar, Euphoria and Zola have meant that no one is doing it quite like production company A24. So, while both parties are dominating their respective fields, it would be fair to say that fans of the two entities did not anticipate a colliding of the two worlds – until now. Taking to Instagram, Travis Scott and A24 have confirmed the wildly exciting news of an upcoming partnership.

The rapper, his record company, Cactus Jack and the film company all took to their social media earlier today to post a cryptic image of a weathered script complete with coffee stains and a hint that the first draft of a collaborative project is complete, causing pandemonium to ensure across the internet. Eagle-eyed fans will be quick to notice that while the majority of the project’s title is blocked from view, the last two letters, “IA”, are also the last two letters of Travis’ upcoming album, Utopia, meaning that new music from the Astroworld creator is most definitely in the cards when it comes to this project. While the parameters of the deal are still unknown, a caption courtesy of the rapper, which states, “Life is a movie. So is this album Cactus and a24 set out to bring amazing content. Thru film and media,” promises that this will be the multi-media drop of our dreams.

So while release dates, details and the contents of the deal are hazy at best, we will be waiting with bated breath for what can already be pegged as the most explosive collaboration of the year.
