This past year, we’ve been deprived of a lot of things: festivals, nights out and spontaneity. But if there is one thing we definitely have been craving it’s intimacy. The feeling of physical touch has been taken away from us this past year, and it’s only now are we slowly getting it back, and Miuccia Prada and Raf Simmons are focusing on this for their new Fall/Winter 2021 campaign. Titled Feels like Prada, the designers explore a range of emotions for their new campaign, exploring the evocation of feelings through abstract stories that are deeper than they appear.
Told by photographer David Sims, each image is a snapshot of an independent narrative that expresses emotion and delves into the spontaneous nature of feeling from a sensorial perspective.
Set to be brought to life through a variety of experimental activations throughout the upcoming season, Prada will continue to challenge the idea of intimacy and what it means to be touched and felt.
