We have been treated to a barrage of sun-soaked tracks as of late. And, two-piece band Forester is here to ensure that the summery offerings are not over as they drop track “She Said”. Creating the perfect song to play over a weekend trip to the beach, infectiously positive vibes radiate out of each note as listeners are transported to sandy shores by the pair’s wispy vocals. And, with a masterful blend of electric production and pop instrumentation driving the track forward, its sound sets it apart from any other song currently gracing the airwaves.

“‘She Said’ is a completely new sonic direction for us,” explains the duo. “It was originally written for a documentary about a surf trip Xander took to the Pacific Northwest. When the documentary fell through, we listened back to the demo and decided to finish it together as a Forester track. It’s a song about living in the spur of the moment and enjoying the simple pleasures the world has to offer.”

With a domination of the indie genre on the cards for the pair and the promise of more stellar musical offerings on the horizon, be sure to keep an eye on Forester – as we certainly will be.
