Friday means one thing, and that’s new music. And one to squeeze in for those blissed-out ready-for-the-weekend vibes is multi-instrumentalist Danny George with his sophomore EP, “Romance in High Definition”. Filling out the project with six beautiful tracks, the newly established solo artist intricately navigates his own signature brand of electronic indie, with psychedelic productions and jazz-tinged bass lines. Perfectly creating his own kaleidoscopic groove, the artist effortlessly brings us into his own fun-filled world of modern romance and intricate storytelling. Led by sun-soaked single “Tell Me What You Want”, the singer refreshingly evokes those lazy days at the beach, with soulful vocals and exhilarating highs.

Explaining the production process, Danny said, “I really wanted to look back at the glory years of pop, the 60, 70s and 80s that I grew up listening to, and put my own spin on it. I didn’t mean for it all to feel so routinely nostalgic like it did but I am glad with how it came out.”

Born and bred in the melting pot of London, Danny has gained huge writing credits over the years, working with major labels such as Universal, EMI and Sony. Now with his new project finally out in the world, we can expect the artist to be riding the wave of success with upcoming shows.
