Megan Thee Stallion channels Mean Girl Regina George for Coach’s Fall/Winter 2021 Campaign.
Move over Chanel Oberlin and Blair Waldorf as we have a new mean girl in town and she goes by the name of Megan Thee Stallion – and she’s so fetch.
Paying homage to the iconic teen comedy Mean Girls, the rapper puts her own spin on queen bee Regina George for Coach’s New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2021 Campaign. Wearing a monogrammed sweatshirt and matching miniskirt, Thee Stallion brings all the boys to the yard with her knees of steel as her classmate’s exchange salacious gossip inspired by lines from the cinematic classic.
“Her nails are so long she accidentally gouged my eye out. And it was awesome,” one whispers. Another adds: “I heard that she talking down the street and a guy saw her and crashed his car. It was so fetch. Or not fetch. It was awesome.”
In another scene from Coach TV, Jennifer Lopez sings along to Blondie’s 19080 hit “Call Me” in a phone booth, while giving us glimpses of her famous abs in a tied up tee and trench coat. The brand also enlisted Autumn 2020 cover star Michael B. Jordan, Kaia Gerber and Riverdale’s KJ Apa and Cole Sprouse for a nostalgia-filled video.
