It goes without saying that sad girl anthems are needed right now, and riding the wave with her latest single is newcomer Ella Eliza with “Alone With You”. Delivering an ode to self-acceptance and complex relationships, Eliza creates a sonic blend of contemporary R&B and soul with her new offering, diving into NAO and Sinéad Harnett territory. Driven by a dreamy vibrant groove, “Alone With You” sees the singer ruminate on the memories of her youth as she crafts a song about her teenage romances and the struggles faced in opening up your heart to someone.

Not one to watch time pass by during the pandemic, Eliza spent the majority of her time producing a body of work in her bedroom studio in north west London during the first lockdown. Marking this single as the first from her upcoming debut EP titled “Introspection”, the singer labels this her “most significant body of work to date” and is set to see more of her production prowess.
