During this uncertain time, relaxing and kicking back with some good R&B vibes is necessary, and here with his smooth synth-driven tune is Chris Mann with his latest single “Good Days”. Taken from his second album NOISE, the singer’s R&B-tinged single is perfect for these unprecedented times as it delivers a timely message of how even though it might be hard times, good times are not far ahead. Accompanied by a dream-like video, Mann has us diving into a vibrant psychedelic world, also taking us to the Black Lives Matter protests while he encourages us to look forward to happier times.

Speaking on the release, Mann revealed, “’Good Days’ was the last track I wrote for the album. It’s a reminder to myself that the windshield is big and the rearview mirror is small for a reason. I refuse to believe that my (and the world’s) glory days are behind us. We have to have good days left because if not, why go on? It’s super minimal in places and the synths are so dope to me. I made the video and included Black Lives Matter because that is such a huge scar on American history and, unfortunately, our present. We have to come together and do better and find our good days ahead. I believe we will.”

While Mann might be new to you, the singer is far from new to this has the star has had a meteoric rise in the industry, from performing for President Barack Obama to performing on daytime favourite Ellen and James Cordon’s The Late Late Show. With world-class vocals and smart-witted lyrics, we are ready to bask in nothing but good vibes and melodies for the singer’s second album.
