After almost 24 years, we’re going back to Bel-Air for the reunion of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. With rumours of reboots and spin-offs swirling for years on the internet, it’s been confirmed that Peacock have commissioned two seasons of a reboot titled Bel-Air. But before we can dive back into the 90s sitcom, Will Smith and the crew are giving us a taster with their 30th-anniversary special. Reuniting with the original cast consisting of Tatyana Ali, Karyn Parson, Joseph Marcell, Daphne Maxwell Reid, Alfonso Ribeiro and DJ Jazzy Jeff, the series will see the family reuniting and relieving some of the most iconic moments of the show. However, the cast themselves are in for a shock when the original Aunt Viv, Janet Hubert, turns up for the special event.

With the crew going down memory lane, we’re also reminded of Uncle Phil, the late James Avery who sadly passed away in 2013 due to complications from open-heart surgery. With plenty of tears and laughter, the reunion show is set to land on HBO Max November 19.
