There aren’t many people who can successfully pave out careers in multiple spheres and dominate in both – but not everyone is packing the tenacity and drive of Belgian rising star Sylvie Kreusch. The model-turned-musician has worked with illustrious luxury houses of the likes of Ann Demeulemeester, Prada and Miu Miu – but it is her boundary-pushing talents as a sonic tastemaker that are making waves right now, and her latest track “Just A Touch Away” is a prime example.

Sombre percussion, undulating rhythms and warped melodies crawl under the skin, and Kreusch’s self-assured and playful vocals add a smouldering layer. And the track tells the relatable story of burning and all-consuming passion.

The accompanying visuals were shot during lockdown, on an iPhone, for that simmering lo-fi DIY feel – with amazing outfits in tow, of course.
