Ready to empower with their new feel-good bop is fun-loving group Front County with their new protest inspired tune “Broken Record”. With high-energy pop melodies and upbeat percussion, the group open up about the divide found in society with thought-provoking lyricism and messages weaved in-between light-hearted guitar strings. Accompanied by a fun eye-opening video, the group are here to remind us about the issues minorities in the world face and the importance of voting in the upcoming US election.

Speaking on the release, the group said, “Broken Record is both a pop song and a protest song. It is about not being heard – either in the halls of power or in a relationship – but nevertheless, speaking up again and again until you are finally understood. There is so little communication making it across the divide these days but listening is the beginning of empathy, and when it comes to human rights none of us should stay silent.” Having spent lockdown putting the finishing touches to their third album, the group are continuing to push the envelope on their sound while staying true to their roots.
