There’s nothing we love better than a good old boogie. The best artists we all know and love just have that knack of being able to create floorfiller after floorfiller, songs that instantly have your head and hips swaying like a ship before it capsizes. Though this might not exactly be what musical duo SACRE were aiming to capture when they started their musical journey, unwittingly or not they’ve done it anyway.

The Parisian duo bare similarities to that of early Daft Punk or Jungle in their approach to groove-filled electro pop, entrancing us with fast melodies and super soft vocals as they share the pink-themed music video for their latest track “01:00AM PINK MAMBA”.

“’01:00AM PINK MAMBA’ is an ode to the independent and victorious woman,” the duo tell us of the track. “In this music video, the woman is naked, powerful and assumes her femininity as a vector of success. ‘I’m a chief, a shark, a champion and a warrior…. I’m a woman’.”

This video is just a piece of the puzzle which unravels their latest album LOVE REVOLUTION, combining music and visual storytelling to birth a cosmic dance fantasy. As they effortlessly tiptoe the line between the real and surreal, take a journey into the mind of the exciting duo below, soundtracked by steel drums and tropical synths…
