Tossing and turning in the middle of the night? Harry Styles is here to help. Teaming up with mental wellbeing app Calm, the superstar is here to read us all to sleep with his soft and relaxing voice. Releasing a 30-minute sleep story titled “Dream With Me” today, Styles will join a number of other stars who have assisted in giving sleep and meditation including Kelly Rowland, Matthew McConaughey and Eva Green.

The app teased the release earlier this week with a short snippet of Styles introducing himself calmly and reassuringly. The dulcet ASMR is just what we needed to get through these stressful times.
