Our quarantine would not have been the same if it wasn’t for the undeniably addictive and insane world of Joe Exotic. The true-crime Netflix documentary Tiger King: Murder, Madness and Mayhem follows the life of Oklahoma native and private zoo owner Joe Exotic, and his ongoing vendetta against animal rights activist or “that bitch Carole Baskin” – as Joe would say.

While the series had us addicted to Exotic’s problematic and malicious world, it left us with endless questions and conspiracy theories. But we just couldn’t shake the most questionable and intriguing question of them all. Did Carole Baskin kill her husband? (Check the countless memes on Twitter and Instagram)

And now, the saga continues. It’s been announced that crime network channel Investigation Discovery (ID) will be working on a sequel, investigating the disappearance of Carole Baskin’s ex-husband, Don Lewis who went missing 21 years ago: Investigating The Strange World Of Joe Exotic.

ID have said, “The investigation you didn’t get to see will be revealing the secrets only Joe knows, the exclusive footage that has never been shown and the search to answer the one question every person in America is asking themselves right now: although she’s denied it, is Carole Baskin responsible for the disappearance of her husband, Don Lewis?”

While Baskin has never been charged in connection in the disappearance, the documentary left eyebrows raised and fans around the world rallying with Joe Exotic. But in the meantime, shady Zoo owner Jeff Lowe announced that there is one more episode left of the Tiger King series which will allegedly any day now.
