Combining artisan and contemporary style, here comes a brand new capsule collection with British men’s clothing line Universal Works and Michigan-based shoe company Sebago. Inspired by traditional American designs, the collaboration sees three boating Portland shoes for their SS20 collection made with luxurious suede leather and removable multifunctional fringes. The shoes come in three stunning different colour schemes – matching an array textures and shades to create a “beautiful mistake”.
Alongside the three boat shoes, the capsule collection also sees two new variations of the Sebago’s Jack slip-ons and the John sneaker, reimagining them with patterns and textures inspired by New Mexico and third sneaker – using the Peruvian technique Ikat, which involves the dye resisting the material. The collection is the second collaboration for the two companies and we can’t wait to be rocking these new shoes with oversized denim jeans and corduroy jackets for Summer 2020!
