The nearly 100-year-old fashion house has announced the third wave of Gucci Pin. Creative Director Alessandro Michele’s unconventional approach to luxury fashion involves taking inspiration from interactive digital maps. The two previous pin collections were launched in November 2019 and January 2020. This year’s collection now lands at The Selfridges Corner Shop, where a Gucci Personalised pin will appear on Google Maps.

The Gucci Corner shop in Selfridges is debuting a psychedelic inspired collection all about colour, energy and dreamlike spirit. Michele has taken the iconic GG logo and reinvented it with multicoloured stars and applied it to pieces such as handbags, luggage, shoes and small leather goods. How could we not stan? The best piece from the collection has to be the Gucci psychedelic print suitcase which is perfect for all those summer breaks this year. The store itself is giving us a dreamscape of nocturnal refractions and reflections perfect for those Instagram selfies – additionally, if you want to party, the store is fully immersed and transformed into a fantastical Gucci night club.
