SCARY FISH

Sexy Fish does Scary Fish: Our favourite Mayfair eatery is hosting a Day of the Dead themed dinner.

Before you ask, this has nothing to do with an aquatic remake of the Spice Girls.

This autumn our favourite Mayfair eatery, Sexy Fish, has partnered with The House of Suntory for its annual Halloween party. For this year’s celebrations, which commence on Friday the 1st of November, the restaurant is introducing one of four immersive dining experiences, with a Day of the Dead twist.

Guests will be treated to unique cocktails from The House of Suntory, including premium Japanese spirits like Haku vodka, Roku gin and Toki whisky, while they watch performances from sensational vocal artists, acrobats clad in body paint and dancers in stunning theatrical makeup for a never-before-seen show created especially for Sexy Fish. Let’s not forget the venue’s talented chefs too, who will be giving attendees the feast of a lifetime.

Everyone in the restaurant, excluding the actual fish themselves, will be dressed to impress. On-demand beauty app Ruuby are even running an UberEats style, to-your-door make-up service for the night, offering four bespoke Sexy Fish makeup looks for anyone up for a festive facial. The categories are: Bone Dance (The Nightmare Before Christmas realness), Scary Mermaid (maybe a demonic Ariel), Graveyard Dancer (we’re thinking dead go-go girl, with patent platforms and a miniskirt to match) and Aztec Marigold (to be twinned with a mutant flower costume, if you dare).
