And for those who love the convenience but miss the personal experience of in-store shopping – good news – as Facebook and Instagram have introduced their new campaign “Infinite Perspectives”, which not only introduces a diversity of perspectives, but also allows luxury brands to draw upon the endless possibilities of the platforms to deliver up the best online experiences for their shoppers.
We’re talking retail, consumer goods, auto, and even dreamy travel, showcased through experiences that focus on being mobile-oriented and tech-savvy, but more importantly being personal and people-first. Exhibit A? Messenger bots. Because, well, we all love a chat.
A series of accompanying videos from Facebook and Instagram show brands how to unlock their platforms for a truly unique experience, and will be housed on a microsite, also allowing users to download a guide on how to target their key audiences and get the optimum results.
In one of the new campaign videos, an influencer is seen using the chatbot of a luxury brand on his Messenger app for a more intimate and curated shopping experience. A new menu of watches? Coming right up. The nearest branch? Right away. It couldn’t be easier, or more bespoke than that. And that’s what we like to hear.
