With less than a week to go until Snowbombing 2019, the DJ takes us through the tracks that are getting her hyped.
London based Barely Legal has been tearing up the scene with her energetic shows and insanely fun sets. Known for getting the crowd hyped, she’s now heading out to Austria for her fourth consecutive year wowing the attendees of Snowbombing Festival.
With this year celebrating the festival’s 20th birthday, we got Barely Legal to make us a list of bangers to get us in the party mood.
Wax Doctor – “Herbal Tekno”
Mad, high energy track for when you’re cruising full speed down the black slope!
Dizzee Rascal – “I Luv U”
Mainly picked this track for the lyrical content – “With freezing cold flows like Moscow.”
JME ft Giggs – “Man Don’t Care”
Had to again pick this track for the opening bars “I’ve got a black ski mask, but I don’t ski – But I snowboard, dash an MC off-piste.”
Shella ft. Chimpo – “King Of The Rollers”
Dnb, necessary. I honestly couldn’t imagine listening to anything chilled when doing a high energy activity.
King Yoof – “Get High”
Another Dnb track, talking about getting high, mountains are high, so that’s my connection to Snowbombing!
Brock Out Crew – “Hard Core Romance”
A lovely, feel good Jungle track to keep the mood levels up.
Amar – “Sometimes it Snows In April”
Obviously needed to include a cheesy Garage track with the word snow in the title. It is Snowbombing after all!
