In recent years British brand JK Attire have claimed their place at the forefront of the streetwear industry, by utilising innovative fabric technologies to cater to both city and athletic lifestyles.
For SS19, they’ve teamed up with an equally influential artist: West London rapper Fredo. Having reached number one in the UK charts featuring on Dave’s “Funky Friday” in 2018, Fredo dropped his debut album Third Avenue in February and brought none other than Drake out as a special guest on the Manchester leg of his tour last month, garnering a huge amount of hype as one to watch in hip-hop this year.
The collection itself is inspired by the philosophy of Sun Tzu’s The Art of War, and features neon highlights, acid washes, twin-set tracksuits, distressed jeans and summer-ready heavy soft cottons.
To mark the partnership of two of 2019’s most exciting cultural provocateurs, JK Attire and Fredo have made a short film to accompany the campaign. Check out both below, and shop the SS19 collection here.
