London Fashion Week Men’s took place last weekend, and with it came the requisite wave of young urban fashionistas flitting from show to show, eager to catch a glimpse of the latest looks and designers. As has become custom during London Fashion Week, the streets were flooded with colour, bold designs and daring outfits, London becoming a playground of expression for the young creatives that live there. We talked to some of these young faces about what they are wearing, their style, and the designers they think are killing it right now (hint: it’s Kiko Kostadinov).

What’s your favourite thing about LFW?
I guess it’s where you can find more edgy looks. Every city has a different something different, and I think [London] is where people get more crazy when they dress.

What fashion item do you regret spending money on?
I don’t usually regret spending money!

What’s missing from your wardrobe?
I’m missing a couple of items in silver, because I’m going to wear a full silver look…I’m probably going to go today and buy it.

What designer is really doing it for you now?
I always love Margiela.

What’s your favourite thing about LFW?
It means a lot because it really lets me immerse inside the cultural differences between everyone and the community of fashion. It lets me express myself.

What fashion item do you regret spending money on?
Balenciaga Triple Ss because they were just a massive passing fad and it was a complete waste of £600.

What’s missing from your wardrobe?
More like this Kiko Kostadinov jacket I’m wearing, because I got it in the sale and its nice and cheap, and its colourful, which I don’t normally wear.

What’s your favourite thing about LFW?
Getting to see the other models, friends, coming into town. It’s also an excuse to have more drinks after Christmas.

What fashion item do you regret spending money on?
I don’t have anything extravagant. To be honest I can’t say I have one.

What’s missing from your wardrobe?
I really want a tiny little backpack.

Which designer really does it for you right now? 
Alyx and Kiko Kostadinov.

What’s your favourite thing about LFW?
I like men’s better because of the clothes – they’re more colourful, more vibrant. Everyone’s so chill and wears whatever they want.

What fashion item do you regret spending money on?
I never regret anything! I never regret anything I spend.

What’s missing from your wardrobe?
My Balenciaga boots… they’re coming tomorrow.

Which designer really does it for you right now? 
Iceberg. Because I’m an Iceberg girl.

What’s your favourite thing about LFW?
I dunno you just get to see everyone else in their style. You can bounce ideas of each other, it’s just a good way to meet new people as well isn’t it?

What fashion item do you regret spending money on?
Ooh it’s a tough one. I think it’s probably buying loads of Supreme and just like not reselling it, just sitting on it.

What’s missing from your wardrobe?
Some of the Kiko Kostadinov women’s pieces at the moment. I saw some really good ones at DSM but they went off-shelves pretty quickly, but I’m definitely eyeing up the new seasons.

Which designer really does it for you right now? 
Bit of Margiela here and there… I just go for my own stuff, designer don’t always matter. I just need the right cut, or I’ll tailor it myself.

What’s your favourite thing about LFW?
Personal expression.

What fashion item do you regret spending money on?
I try not to regret anything, I just learn from it.

What’s missing from your wardrobe?
Socks.

What designer is really doing it for you now?
Saul Nash… he’s one to watch.
