The Jurassic Park actor gets immortalised in jigsaw puzzles.
Last month, you might have clocked a 25ft shirtless statue of Jeff Goldblum lounging next to London’s Tower Bridge. Or noticed the actor recently papped in Prada’s viral AW18 bowling shirt (along with the likes of rap royalty, Pusha T). The phenomenom we’re currently witnessing is the delayed worldwide epiphany that JG is, and always has been, pure flames. And the internet fully and wholly concurs.
Along with memes, fan-fiction and creepy printed shower curtains, now, the latest paraphernalia to celebrate the height of our obsession? Jigsaw puzzles.
Yep, in case you were um-ing and ah-ing about what to busy yourself with on your next rainy seaside holiday with your fam (or you just need something to, you know, stare at incessantly). This is it.
Launched by Champion Productions, the series of four puzzles were each drawn by a different illustrator, and captures the iconic actor in his career-making roles in films such as Jurassic Park, The Fly and Thor.
“Jeff Goldblum has always been a huge part of my movie experience growing up,” explains Mike, founder of Champion Productions. “From Jurassic Park, Independence Day, The Fly and of course in Wes Anderson classics.”
“It’s almost like I grew up and appreciated him more and more. And his recent flex in Grandmaster was so funny and charming, it just re-emphasised why we love him. We want to create fun products that have a playful heart, so combining my old-school love of jigsaws and Jeff seemed like a good, if not, strange fit!”
