You know that sense of nostalgia when a smell instantly takes you back in time to some long forgotten memory? Strangely comforting, right? Italian beauty brand Jusbox have bottled this phenomenon, with their distinctive line of perfumes, inspired instead by music.

And now the brand have just dropped two transportive new fragrances: “Green Bubble” and “No Rules”. Just in time for live music season, right?

With patchouli, honey tones and earthy marijuana accord, “Green Bubble” captures the essence of reggae music, with the inspiration as “greenery all around, old trees roots deep in the ground, happy people, free smiles, waves tumbling in the ocean… the beauty of the rhythm”.

For “No Rules”, the feisty era of the punk is interpreted for a bold immersive fragrance. Featuring cold notes of ether and vinyl (heavy metal, baby), combined with the warmth of cinnamon and leather (rock’n’roll vibes), for Jusbox, it’s about capturing the spirit of the time: “[like when] listening to stories about punk, it was like wearing skinny trousers and watching the Buzzcocks concert in 1978.”
