Fresh from last year’s “Growing Pains” debut EP drop, Newcastle-born L Devine is fully proving herself as a force to be reckoned with; said EP showed off the Northerner’s beautiful melodies and personal songwriting, relaying stories of her teenage years and the need for girl power into her own brand of intelligent pop.

Dropping now the video to EP fave “Like You Like That”, the 20-year-old describes the track as “exactly what I’d hear if I imagined what running up to my crush and confessing everything I thought and everything I’d ever wanted to say to them.” Heavily influenced by Scandi-pop sensations like Robyn, the accompanying vid shows the rising star cutting some shapes around various post-party locations.
