The creators of the Ginstitute Sessions return with a new immersive experience.

Nothing says fine-dining quite like an evening of gastronomic storytelling – complete with potable adventures and immersive culinary experiences. In bringing to life a fantastical five course feast of food and drink, the creators of London’s fabled Ginstitute Sessions are now offering fans the chance to immerse themselves in a multi-sensory historical journey – lavish enough to make you feel like a Bond girl (if not Bond himself).

Beginning on 2 February, dinners will take place in the intimate setting of The Distillery’s Boardroom, where the tales of history’s “greatest bon vivants, revolutionaries and larger than life characters” will accompany a luscious cuisine from The Distillery’s executive chef, Greg Lewis.

Diners will have the chance to choose from several enticing themes, amongst them a meal involving the glamour and excess of James Bond’s world (told through food and drink, obvs), a feast inspired by the world’s first, and quite possibly most flamboyant, celebrity chef, Alexis Soyer, and an edible adventure through the ages, exploring the most iconic drinks and dishes over five different centuries. And as if to seduce you even further into the experience, noted anecdotes will be delivered between courses. Guess that’s Valentine’s evening sorted…
