19-year-old Ebony Frainteso is one to watch out for. Expertly blending elements of R&B, soul and pop, her latest single “Losing Out” is a mesmerising melodic number as Ebony’s incredible vocals sour over the piano led backing.

Dropping the visuals today, the accompanying video is a celebration of femininity and girl power. Starring a collective of creatives, the beautiful film includes painter/model Erin Alexis, writer Simi Sear and models Pippa Melody and Jasmine May. Not only starring incredible women, the entire visual was directed, curated, styled and casted by women of colour, and the resulting image is fantastic.

A clear example of Ebony’s raw talent in both creating art and songwriting, this newcomer is seriously going places and we’re going to definitely be along for the ride.
