TATTY DEVINE × BARBICAN

The queens of quirk present a new, out of this world collaboration.

Previously one of your top faves at the Wonderland (IRL) shop, the first name in quirky wearable art has got to be Tatty Devine and true to form, founders Harriet Vine and Rosie Wolfenden just unveiled a new, super cute collection with another British institution (they’ve formerly hooked up with the Southbank Centre and Modern Art Oxford, in case you were wondering).

This new union sees the pair debut six exclusive pieces inspired by the Barbican’s latest exhibition Into the Unknown: A Journey Through Science Fiction, an odyssey into the solar system which explores art, design, film and literature. Naturally, the collection – comprised of celestial earrings and necklaces and brooches (our favourite being the floating astronaut) – is full of fun, lovingly handmade and comes in a dreamy iridescent finish (have we ever mentioned we love iridescence? Because we do). We can always count on Tatty D to give any outfit a good talking point but now we can sound uber cultured in the process. Win-win.
