Featuring exclusive designs inspired by the three major checkpoints on the Californian coast – Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego – New Era’s Westcoast collection brings the palm-lined beaches and easy-breezy attitude of America’s Golden State to the brand’s signature hats and apparel line-up.

Tapping stop motion director, graphic designer and animator, Allan Buxton, the new collection comes accompanied by a series of short films that serve to honour both New Era’s intrinsic baseball roots and the featured cities’ best known teams: the Los Angeles Dodgers, the San Francisco Giants, and the San Diego Padres.

Said films showcase a group of animated characters – each playing ball on a cap – with background’s indicative of the respective cities: San Diego’s rich Native Heritage, Los Angeles’ trademark palm trees, or the legendary stripes of the San Francisco Giants.
