BLONDIE DROPS “LONG TIME”

A Dev Hynes collaboration is the latest “Pollinator” preview.

In case you missed it – because, despite a Wonderland cover, album announcement and two new singles you’ve been offline, hiding under a rock, or something equally as peculiar – Blondie are back! And they’ve just dropped a third single to prove it.

Written in collaboration with Dev Hynes – a favour returned, following Debbie Harry’s guest appearance on Hynes’ 2016 Blood Orange release, “E.V.P.” – “Long Time” follows “Fun” and “Monster”, collaborations with TV On The Radio’s Dave Sitek and Johnny Marr respectively, and marks a return to form for Harry, Chris Stein and Clem Burke, boasting a bold beat that references the disco flavour of hey day era “Heart of Glass”.

Taken from forthcoming album “Pollinator”, set for release on 5th May preceded by an IRL date at London’s Roundhouse on the 3rd (that latter sold out, quite understandably, in just 30 minutes) “Long Time” is available to stream and download now, with a 7” release limited to 1000 copies dropping on Friday.
