Get ready for a massive collaboration coming your way soon. Featuring Wonderland favourite Gadir Rajab and Australian mega-team, Strateas Carlucci, prepare to throw away the confines of your gender and embrace your youth with the shin-sweeping coats and leather of Orchis.

This Autumn/Winter 2017/18 collection features top photographer, stylist and art director Rajab’s precision and crystal clear concepts in combination with Strateas Carlucci’s subtle hints of sportswear and rejection of gender boundaries. Designers Peter Strateas and Mario-Luca Carlucci worked with Rajab at every stage of the joint project through its design and development all the way into its styling and the ultimate shooting of the lookbook.

Having won countless prestigious awards in the fashion industry, including several Best Australian Emerging Designer accolades in 2015, Strateas Carlucci use each new season and collection as an opportunity to explore new techniques and processes in designing and creating the looks. Their designs are simple yet timeless while merging binary opposites, art and design.

Orchis includes floor-length suits pooling around heels, jackets with oversized nipple rings and chunky chokers. The occasional splash of yellow, red and blue are accented by black bomber jackets and accessories. If this collaboration is anything to go by, it looks like this Autumn/Winter we’ll be seeing cowboy boots making their comeback. Check out their lavish lookbook below.
