Shy Luv – "Shock Horror"

London-based duo, Shy Luv, release title track, “Shock Horror”, off of their forthcoming EP.

Shy Luv is the combining forces of producing powerhouses and long time friends Jake Norman and Sam Knowles, aka Karma Kid. Originally planning on making hip hop beats and sending them off to rappers, Jake and Sam realised how well they got on in the studio together and ended up loving the tracks they made so much so that they decided to keep them for themselves. And we couldn’t be happier that they did.

Last year they released the first song off their new EP, and “Joyriders” turned out to be the electropop-disco mash up that we’ve always wanted. Featuring fab and funky basslines, Jake and Sam took ’70s beats and created a modern dreamy dance track. It was also a chance for Sam to show off his sleek and stunning vocal talents for the first time, and he did not disappoint.

Now the boys are back with the title track of their EP, “Shock Horror”. Upbeat and extremely catchy, the track masterfully shows off the duo’s signature electropop style. As the synths soar and the stunning guest vocals from JONES appear, we challenge anybody not to dance to this song.

Coming out on the brilliant Black Butter Records label, expect to be hearing Jake and Sam everywhere when their EP drops this Spring.
