Teaching yourself an instrument is one thing, but becoming a vocalist, producer, multi-instrumentalist and releasing a debut EP (that has over 74 million streams) and resulted in a sell out US tour at the age of 20 is stratospheric. EDEN, hailing from rainy Dublin, has been working since he was 16 (from the depths of his teenage bedroom) creating a cult online following of dedicated fans. Providing the world with a listening experience that is uncompromising and completely authentic, “it goes beyond music really. I want to give people something to hold on to,” EDEN’s less is more approach captures the best elements of electronica, dance music and indie pop, and blends it together into a sound that is unmistakably EDEN.

EDEN’s most recent EP, “I think you think too much of me” (with a grand total of 56 million steams so far), released in August, channels his passion for innovation into a guitar-heavy take on electro pop, tinged with electronica elements and dance waves. Blending organic and synthesised instruments to create a visceral parallel of sounds, EDEN’s EP exposes his uncompromising originality. From the raw emotional urgency in “sex” to the heady desperation in “drugs” and the frantic fragility in “and”, “I think you think too much of me” marks EDEN as one of the 2017’s most promising rising stars.
