What’s better than one lady DJ? Two lady DJ’s. Celebrated bad ass duo Eli & Fur are back with their latest release, ‘Hold Me down.’ There’s never a dull moment for these two, they’re about to get touring far and wide, from Bologna to Berlin and then on to India’s Sunburn Festivals as well as Goa & Bali (jealous?), plus there’s talk of an album release next year. How they manage to fit it all in, we’ll never know.

‘Hold Me Down’ is a grooving, pulsing number, there’s a powerful bassline accompanied by faded, eerie, murmured vocal samples and hypnotic synth sounds. They channel their downbeat yet still definitely dance induing rhythms. We’re kinda feeling some ‘Basic Instinct’ club scene vibes, and let’s face it, those vibes are killer.
