Blood Brother AW16 men’s collection’s takes us on a funky history lesson this season. Delivering a great sweeping bow to the history of human advancement, what better period to draw creative inspiration from than Britain’s Enlightenment period? The collection marries old and new progress, drawing on key developments made in fields like engineering, medicine, space exploration and most importantly the digital age.

The collection is threaded together by the progress made during the 17th and 18th century’s life altering Industrial Revolution. The pieces feature bold polo necks and graphics that hint at scientific achievement. The colour palette incorporates burnt umber from the chimney, a golden glow from the furnace and the deep, rich blue of molten metal. We mean, just look at the time travel make over several classic pieces have had. You can now get the Blood Brother joggers in a sumptuous suede and sweats and tees have been given pocket detailing that links them to the workmanship look of the period. Who knew industry could look so good?
