Hunter Original has always provided us with the coats we need to shelter from the storms and strong (but cute) wellies to battle through the muddy puddles. Now, to help us prepare for those days where the rain is seemingly endless, they’ve released their brand new CORE Concept, celebrating the brand’s relationship with rain. We never thought rain would be something we would celebrate, but thanks to Hunter and their #RainStartsPlay campaign, we might just be looking forward to it.

Within their Hunter Original CORE Concept, they’re introducing the Hunting Coat, aka exactly what we need when we’re rushing around trying to stay out of the rain. Available in two materials, rubber and three layer cotton, the Hunting Coat is similar to the traditional mac, with deep storm pockets, gun flap details and sporty mesh lining; it’s fully waterproof, comes in multiple colour options (including desert white and military red) and is modelled on war coats, so you know it’ll keep out the storm. Other items in the Hunter Original CORE Concept include mini-versions of their backpacks in pastel rubberised leather and water-resistant nylon, vinyl windcheaters, vinyl ponchos and both tall and short wellies in every colour imaginable. Who ever thought we’d actually want to go dancing in the rain?
