Can you tell us about how you got scouted?
I’m from Iceland and I was scouted while on holiday in England at age 14 by Premier.
What have you been up to since you got scouted?
Mainly look books and editorials. I’ve only just started working in London but I have had quite a bit of work in Iceland.
What’s your favourite thing that you’ve worn on a shoot or in a show that you wish was yours?
It wasn’t a shoot but I visited Burberry a few weeks ago and I got to try on the classic trench coat. I didn’t want to take it off 😉
Who would be your dream photographer to work with? Or your dream designer to work for?
That’s really hard. How about three? Burberry, Dolce and Gabbana and Valentino.
What do you do when you’re not modelling?
I am still at school so that’s my main priority. It really depends on what time of year. In Iceland in the winter it’s very dark and cold so I spend a lot of time inside, it’s really good to have great friends around and good books. In the summer I like to be as active as possible.
What’s been your favourite moment as a model so far?
I don’t have a favourite moment necessarily but my favourite moments are when I get to work with fun people. For example I did a 3 day shoot recently with some other models and we had such an amazing time together 🙂
Which city would you love to live in?
I would say LA because it’s where I was born and I’ve always had a connection with the city. London because my mum’s English and I’ve almost grown up there.
Do you prefer shows or shoots?
Shoots especially videos because I love to act on film and the finished product is always exciting to see.
Who’s your favourite female model and who’s your favourite male model?
My favourite female model is Sasha Luss and my favourite male model is Charles Markham (I have to say that since he’s my boyfriend haha)
