Can you tell us about how you got scouted?
I started modelling at age 13, I use to just do some causal runway shows in Rundle Mall Adelaide with my aunty who was modelling back then. At 14 I then did a beauty pageant called Miss Africa in 2014 where I then meet with the director of Rin Models who was my first modelling agency but I’m not with them anymore.
What have you been up to since you got scouted?
I only recently started really getting a lot of work ever since I signed with Chadwick since then I’ve been doing some many editorials, look books etc. I’ve done Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week 2016 which was a success. Hopefully to make my debut at this year’s Europe fashion season.
What’s your favourite thing that you’ve worn on a shoot or in a show that you wish was yours?
There’s a lot of things I’ve worn and wish was mine, so it’s very hard to choice but if I had to pick two, they would have to be this gorgeous Armani dress I wore while shooting with one of my favourite stylists Jolyon Mason for his magazine. And this amazing Toni Maticevski dress I wore during MBFWA. (Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia)
Who would be your dream photographer to work with?
Dream photographer would have to be Mario Testino.
Or your dream designer to work for?
And dream for designers: Versace, Gucci, Givenchy, Armani and Fendi.
What do you do when you’re not modelling?
I model part time due to being a full time high school student so when I’m not modelling I’m studying.
What’s been your favourite moment as a model so far?
My favourite moment as a model so far is doing MBFWA which has been a dream of mine for the longest time. Being the first dark skin model to open Tome at MBFWA here in Australia.
Which city would you love to live in?
Dream cities I’d love to live in is LA and New York but I’d love to travel the world and experience different cities.
Do you prefer shows or shoots?
I definitely prefer shows.
Who’s your favourite female model and who’s your favourite male model?
I don’t have a favourite female model I really like a lot of them. My favourite male model I’d say has to be Rob Evans.
