Shelford Place Studios

Shelford Place Studios is the North East London haven for photographers and videographers.

Has London’s gentrification priced out cool underground parties yet? OR you just need to know where to go. On the Friday night the Shelford Place Studios were taken over by rough beats of Imperialism crew, video projections by Eduardo Cariglino, print exhibition from Atom gallery and some real special girls lazer show. ‘We wanted to mark the first anniversary of the photography and video studio with a bang, BUT, in particular, celebrate all these amazing people who made this year so great – fashion designers, stylists, photographers, independent filmmakers, hair & make-up artists and magazines whose projects took place in these very walls. It’s been some beautiful and hard work, so now it’s time to let our hair down and have fun’ – said Vlad Jakovlev, studio owner and filmmaker.

Crowd swayed the dance floor – artists from neighbouring studios joined in closer to midnight.

Sipping signature punch guests lingered until small sunrise hours. Same time next year guys?
