In collaboration with esteemed French sunglasses designer Thierry Lasry, Fendi has brought out the sunglasses capsule collection that we’ve been waiting for – it’s futuristic, fun and fabulous. Lasry is famed for his innovative eyewear designs and working on the idea of futuristic vintage – updating classic sunglasses styles with avant-garde touches to give them that distinctive Lasry look. Specialising in flat-fronted eyewear, the retro-inspired shapes that he is famed for make an appearance in this collection. With “back-to-the-future” as his motto, he has brought this into his designs for Fendi, creating gorgeous forward-thinking designs that both fun and sophisticated. Total win.

To showcase the collection, Fendi and Lasry have created a behind the scenes showing all the eyewear designs in the capsule collection and how they’ve created the final film in the cutest way possible. The colourful video features famous digital influencer Kristina Bazan (blogger, model, stylist and singer) dancing around the rooms of an elegant and bright so you get an idea of what eyewear you’ll be donning all summer. You can see the photographers and videographers taking shots for Fendi, as well as glimpse at the hair and make-up artists doing their thing. Just like the collection itself, the video is super sweet, fun and elegant.
