Leo Kalyan is the London-based up-and-comer making spacious pop tunes laden with addictive beats and topped off with soaring vocals. Chances are you probably encountered him last year on one of those Spotify-browsing sessions that always seem to result in great finds whose names you can’t quite remember. Well, fear not, because we’re hear to remind you: Kalyan’s debut EP, Silver Linings, and his standout singles “Fingertips” and “Get Your Love” established him as a major new talent of 2015, getting nods from tastemakers including Annie Mac and Zane Lowe and even topping the Spotify Viral Chart.

This year hasn’t got off to a bad start for Kalyan either. Not only has he dropped an addictive new track in the form of “Daydream” (listen above), he was also hand picked by the guys at BBC 1Xtra to perform at Austin’s world famous annual South by Southwest film and music festival.
