Well, you won’t find any of that here but still, let them know. You get the picture. So, guilty conscience soothed and abated, we were ready to enjoy the clean, classic interiors of My Chelsea. Its rooms are calming, beautifully curated and spacious, with none of the cookie-cutter, indenti-kit decor you are forced to suffer in so many hotels – plus, for those of a, ahem, playful disposition, there’s also an exclusive 210th Suite that’s well appointed with everything you would need for a romantic retreat.

Staff are, it goes without saying, attentive to your needs without being overbearing lingerers (is there anything more annoying?). Then there’s My Chelsea’s location; situated a stroll away from fashion mecca The King’s Road as well as modern art hotspot The Saatchi Gallery, it’s pretty much as central and conveniently placed as you could wish.
