Perrier-Jouët × Club Gascon

In their latest venture, Perrier-Jouët have teamed up with Club Gascon to take you to the South of France via Voyage en Champagne.

Last month, we fell in love. Not that kind of love, more of an infatuation. At the Kensington location of The Ivy, we were wined and dined for Valentine’s Day, treated to Perrier-Jouët’s afternoon tea, ‘Butterfly Kisses’. With the grand setting made even more opulent with hundreds of paper butterflies dangling from the ceiling, we were smitten.

A month later we’re itching to return, but the installation is a distant memory, luckily Club Gascon are getting the Perrier-Jouët treatment at the end of March. The two French gastronomic icons are teaming up to take you to the South of France, if only for a night. Michelin starred Chef, Pascal Aussignac and Perrier-Jouët’s wine-maker, Eric Trichard, have put their heads together to create a complimentary menu between Club Gascon’s esteemed dishes and Perrier-Jouët’s adored editions. We don’t know which we’re more excited about.

“I am delighted to work with Perrier-Jouët & Eric Trichard for this event at Club Gascon,” says Chef Pascal, “we are a “Club” in the sense that we include and welcome, and to work with such fantastic Champagnes on this evening allows us to celebrate the joie de vivre of both French wine-making and French cuisine here in our little corner of London, Santé!”

The Voyage en Champagne menu is available for one night only, pencil the 22nd March into your diary. But, lucky for us, you can try (or re-try) the dessert through all of April, ‘Red Hot Chili Berries’, accompanied by a glass of Blason Rosé. Otherwise, you’ll have to reserve a place now for the four-course dinner and champagne and canapé reception. Quickly!

Reservations can be made by contacting Club Gascon on 020 7600 6144.
