Heist was created with two profoundly simples aims: to reimagine the very concept of what a pair of tights should be, and to create the perfect pair. They believe – as we do – that getting dressed should empower women, and that no one need suffer for beauty any more. Radical comfort for all! Now, Heist Studios do not do things by halves, and this perfect pair of tights was almost a year in the making. They worked with over 60 women – everyone from artists, fashion industry folk, film producers, lawyers and surgeons to ask them what they didn’t like about their tights – the answer? A lot. Then, they spent eight months with yarn mills, designers and small factories of Northern Italy until they’d fixed each and every issue raised. Talk about dedication.
The tights they created embody style & comfort at its highest, a result of their Seamless Design construction that fits like a second skin. They are also made with an Ultra High Spiral Count Yarn that gives incredibly soft touch and a rich, deep and consistent tone that makes your legs look fantastic! It isn’t just the quality of the tights that we’re excited about however, packaged in chic little boxes (no cellophane in sight!) they are the ultimate way to treat yourself right. This was, after all, the aim of Heist, to reimagine a more intelligent articulation of feminine beauty in the lingerie industry and to celebrate strength and femininity at its best. They even commission exciting young female artists to create accompanying art work to do just this.
