LFW: 1205 AW16

1205 presents an artful collection of pristine pieces with a sheepskin twist.

Keeping it Clean

In keeping with their signature style, 1205 showed a considered and immaculate collection of asymmetric silhouettes, with crisp collarless neck lines and sharp sleeves. The colour palette was kept autumnal, with rich navy and spotless whites punctuated by pale greys and a series of pieces in deep orange. In keeping with the aesthetic, models walked to pure and minimalist beat.

Silk Cuts

Whilst the material was pristine, the tailoring was complex and innovative; organza silk and simple cotton were cut and folded to lend a sculptural edge to the clothes. Tops were shown long and paired with skirts, cut to the thigh. White shirts were re-imagined and twisted across the body and sky grey mesh pieces were gathered at the waist.

Sheepskin Dreams

Adding a little warmth to the collection were full sheepskin pieces: a high necked, long sleeved dress, cut up both sides; a floor length skirt which curved round the body and a long duster coat, with metal stud detail, worn open over a white jump suit.
