London based brand Firetrap, who you might recall have been pushing horror themed campaigns of late, ramped things up for this season with an X-rated, sexually charged T.V. spot that is to be aired after the Watershed only. Things begin fairly conventionality in the short film before escalating into a full on feral love session: quite literally, blood starts dripping and things get pretty damn weird. As the brand’s Creative Director said, “the imagery is intense, sexy, but seriously twisted.” He’s not wrong there. Still, as this season marks the launch of Firetrap’s underwear range, this weirdly erotic atmosphere is fairly appropriate.
Pants aside, Firetrap are also serving up a few more sports-luxe pieces like embossed sweaters and crops, a well as their usual range of trademark denim, leather jackets and footwear.
