Over the past few years, Endless – a collective of some of London’s most exciting underground producers – have become known for their wildly unpredictable parties, dropping everything from bashment to afrobeat to gabba in a host of roaming locations.

Tonight, Endless export Kamixlo hosts a club night at Dalston dive club Bar-A-Bar, to celebrate his highly-anticipated EP, “Demonico”, out today. Mashing reggaeton, grime, noise and every unpredictable twist you can imagine, the five-track is a thrilling, eardrum-trashing journey into the unknown.

Kamixlo is also part of Bala Club, a collective of singers, songwriters and producers from south London he founded in 2013 with uli-k and Blaze Kidd.

Tonight’s Bala Club instalment promises to to be one of the most eclectic and exciting nights you’ve been to in a long time. Ahead of it, Kamixlo offered Wonderland an entertaining, if slightly cryptic, insight.

What inspired you to set up this night? What should we expect from it?

To celebrate the release of my debut EP ‘Demonico’ and to have a party which is not strictly DJs all night.

What do you expect/want the crowd to be like?

Angels and demons.

What makes a good night?

Unpredictability.

How should we get ready for the night?

Watch some Shinsuke Nakamura matches.
