Home made and authentic, Beau release their video for new single “Oceans”.
Beau are girls with old souls from NY, working together to create soul infused indie pop. You can thank us for the tip off about them, with our 10th Birthday Issue cover of them shot by Ryan McGinley. The new video for single “Oceans” shows the band remaining true to their roots with a totally DIY look. Black and white slow-mo shows has the girls running and laughing, singing not in time with the music and having a little play of the guitar. All in all it’s a totally fitting video for the moody and melodic piece and if we watch it for too long it makes us feel a little bit like we need to write poetry.
These guys are perfect for a rainy Sunday afternoon with a cup of tea, or Thursday, whatever floats your boat. Grab your mates, drive to a beach and recreate your own good times if you’re a bit more adventurous. Get an acoustic guitar too, whether you can play it or not, it looks good in black and white, as proven by Heather Boo and Emma Rose
Beau’s debut album ‘That Thing Reality’, out via Kitsuné/Sony Red on March 11th 2016.
