Head to London’s Edition for Raw Punch Season and live music.

In the heart of luxury boutique hotel – and fashion favourite – The London EDITION is Punch Room: an oak-paneled, modern incarnation of an old world club that specialises in delicious craft cocktails (the punches, unsurprisingly, are deliciously decadent infusions). The Room has been host to countless super-exclusive Fashion Week parties and music-industry celebrations, so it makes sense that they decided to open their doors for a season of live acts over the summer and into the next month.

I saw the enviably talented and impossibly young Zak Abel there back in August – who took to Twitter to praise the punch so you know it’s good – and earlier this week I managed to catch the guitar-led rawness of the charismatic Liam Bailey, who was ideally suited to The Punch Room’s intimate space and left the crowd keen for more of his unique sound.

Wonderland will definitely be heading back having seen who’s next on the line-up, which includes Goldsmith-grad Alfie Connor – who was making waves at Glastonbury this summer and is definitely one to watch. Tables are available for reservations now, but they’ll go fast so make sure you don’t miss out on this great season of acts (or those justly-hyped punch bowls).
