Take a look at who’s been working Hedi Slimane’s best on the red carpet recently.

Last year we posted some dreamy portraits of Jack Kilmer and Dylan Brosnan modelling for Saint Laurent in the house’s trademark photography stale – stark black and white shots of floppy-haired, bright young things looking angsty. Given the campaign images and his presence on the Saint Laurent catwalk, it was unsurprising to see Jack (son of Batman and Birdman star Val) rocking Saint Laurent’s skinny tailoring at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote his new film Len and Company.

But Jack’s not the only star wearing rock-tailored pieces from the brand: Wonderland favourite Ellen Page was snapped in Toronto looking typically unique in a long-cut tuxedo jacket  and leather trousers (complete with leather tie!).

Emily Blunt, meanwhile, channeled the elegantly-suited heritage of the Saint Laurent brand and looked elegant in an all black ensemble

Hollywood legend Jane Fonda looked appropriately regal in a metallic gold dress from Yves Saint Laurent Couture by Hedi Slimane (notice the return of the ‘Yves’ for this particular line of Slimane’s rock-fuelled empire).

Being a Slimane muse sure looks fun – not to mention well-cut…
