Bold brows and bold lips are the perfect combination, so it comes to no surprise that Cara Delevingne is YSL’s campaign girl for their new collection of couture colour. Promoting femininity at its finest, and beauty’s free-spirited audaciousness, the campaign celebrates YSL Beauté and its forty years of defining lip colours all over the world.
Customised with an engraved YSL logo and packed into glossy metallic gold holders these luxurious cosmetic pieces are already extremely appealing even without our favourite girl Cara wearing them – yet another reason why we love her. Wearing a sleek black blazer and nothing else the campaign is signalling that ‘THE ROUGE THAT DRESSES ME’ is all a woman really needs to feel complete.
Shot by Craig McDean, the campaign is releasing four classic shades of Rouge Pur Couture – Le Rouge, Le Orange, Le Fuchsia, Le Nu. The collection is also complemented with a set of nail varnishes, indulging the impulses of the women who want to couture their hands. Satin, bold, and timeless – we are excited.
